The Advanced Practitioner Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis provides firm foundational skills which can be integrated into an existing health practice.

The Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis builds on the foundational skills to develop a range of techniques and skills. This units in this course are designed for existing health practitioners. It is expected that many Health Professions have existing competencies and skills from previous training. These competencies and skills will be awarded RPL. Those units recognised by RPL would be credited towards the qualification and reduce the tuition fees. This is the first unit in the Advanced Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and provides a firm foundation for practice and, if desired, continuing education.

Advanced Practitioner Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis

You can enrol directly into this Advanced Practitioner Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis and it will include  the Advanced Practitioner Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis.
 

Prerequisite:Adv Pract Cert Clin Hyp (HCT401)

Duration:

To achieve this qualification, 11 core units (approximately 500 hours) must be completed.

Full time (8 units per term): 3-6 months (approx 2 terms)

Part time (4 units per term): 6-12 months (approx 3-4 terms)

The qualification encompasses concepts and skills specifically designed for health professionals and can be completed with

any combination of full / part time on-line education.

 

This course is designed to enhance and support practitioner skills to a higher level of competency and integration with Clinical Hypnosis.

 

The Therapeutic Applications unit is a workshop and must be completed as the final unit or concurrently with the final unit(s).

 

Please note:  The course is designed to give you the skills to use hypnosis within your practice. Other units enhance your hypnotic skills and allow further development e.g. Teaching Self Hypnosis

 

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
